I know, I know — Lost Blades released two months ago. Why are we talking about Broken Blades?
Well, because that is releasing in just about two months on January 12!
Which means it’s time to show off all the fun, free stuff you can get!
Swag for In-Person Purchases and Physical Preorders
The physical goodies are always my favorites :) These will be available if you buy directly from me in-person OR you preorder a physical book from my website!
Bookmarks
Like with Lost Blades, there will be two options — both are green this time, but, you know, different shades of green! The dark green one with a shield is for Ander, and the lime one with the two cutlasses is for Jeri! (Please choose the one you’d like when buying from my website, there is an option!) The back of both is the same, set in Broken Blades’s green color scheme and tagline.
Map Postcards
Again, like with Lost Blades, purchasing directly from me will grant you two 8.5”x5.5” postcards of the maps in full color while supplies last. You’ll get a map of the Nyphoren Islands, the country map, and the continent map. These are great if you want to look at the map while reading but don’t want to flip back and forth to the front of the book!
Stickers
My absolute favorite swag because they are all SO CUTE — four 2.5” vinyl stickers! For Broken Blades, we have Ander, Rhode, Takeshi, and a warg we will meet in the book, who is — trust me on this — the BEST CHARACTER. She’s great, and you definitely want her sticker :)
Ander’s Notes *PREORDER ONLY*
Throughout Broken Blades you will find snippets of Ander’s notes — as an extra special bonus for preordering, you will get these printed out on parchment paper in his handwriting. Fair warning — the second and third notes appear later in the book, so be careful of spoilers if you read these first!
Preorder Digital Bonuses
Due to the limitations of me not being Amazon, the above goodies are only available for free if you purchase Broken Blades from me in-person or preorder a paperback or hardcover on my website. BUT: there are digital preorder goodies for everyone who preorders, no matter what retailer or format! If you purchase from my website you’ll be emailed the download link, but if you purchased from a different retailer you can fill out this form (also available on the homepage of this website) to claim your free goodies!
Hi-res Digital Maps
All digital versions of the maps from Broken Blades will be available for you to download, print, keep open in another tab, scribble on, whatever. It can be hard to check the map in an ebook, and — while it is still there if you want it — you don’t have to use it. You can check these instead!
Desktop and Phone Wallpapers
Or backgrounds, whatever you’d like to call them, featuring the cover art for Broken Blades. There are even two versions of the desktop one — a plain version, and one with box overlays in case you (like me) like to organize your desktop icons.
Ander’s Notes (the Digital Version)
Don’t worry if you aren’t getting a physical copy - even if you only preorder the ebook, you can still get a digital version of Ander’s notes in his handwriting! (Will not be as disorganized as pictured here haha)
